Marketo email templates - unsubscribe doesn't work

I have been using a few of the Marketo email templates and I have noticed that the "unsubscribe" function doesnt seem to work. I am getting the unsubs back to me manually.

It doesnt appear to have enything in the editor which can help you correct this. I have primariily have been working with EM-Primo v1.

Does anyone know how to fix?

Sounds like the unsubscribe token is incorrect.  But you can fix it.  Look in Admin > Email. The unsubscribe (HTML and text versions) will appear.  Ensure the URL around the word unsubscribe is correct. It should be <a href="%mkt_opt_out_prefix%UnsubscribePage.html?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK##">.

For example, the one on our site is:

<p><font face="Gotham" size="1">This email was sent to {{lead.Email Address}}. If you no longer wish to receive these emails you may <a href="%mkt_opt_out_prefix%UnsubscribePage.html?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK##">unsubscribe</a> at any time. </font></p>
