Marketo Custom Object and SFDC

I have been looking for documentation on whether or not you can sync Marketo Custom Objects back to SFDC and if so, how? Does anyone have best practices or capabilities on how the Marketo Custom Object and Marketo Custom Activities can sync back to Salesforce. Thank you!

You can't. Those are Marketo-only, and you tradeoff the better visibility (the Custom Objects tab) for only having them on one side.

    just couldn't find any documentation that said it couldn't be done. =)
