Hi there,

Would appreciate if someone can enlighten me on why Marketo is creating templates from the track and send outlook feature in Salesforce?

    I Andrew,

    I am not sure I understand the question. Marketo creates alerts when a sales person send an MSI email in MSI in Salesforce, but I do not see the link with outlook.
