Marketo Community performance issues

Hello,

Is (or has) anyone else experienced the following in the community:

1. The Community Home page isn't loading (been like this all day). I can view discussions and ideas via the left box but can't get to the home page:


2. Also, if you notice above the font in my browser isn't correct. It started a few weeks ago when I added a new font to my laptop (commonly used on in our banners). I'm assuming that the community has some sort of code written in that has this font because other web pages are fine and I've checked my default settings and they are correct. I contacted support and they suggested uninstalling the font (but I need it for work in Photoshop). Anyone else have suggestions or had this happen to them before?

When I first logged on to the community, I ot that same error message, and it was displaying some old banners on the right nav side.  When I clicked on the discussions the page loaded properly.

Yes I am getting the same error as well!

My community home is working now!!! 

Nevermind. I uninstalled the font and it is back to normal. May need to start using some other font on banners.

I'm sorry you all had trouble accessing Community! If this ever happens again please email Communitybugs@marketo.com or me directly and I'll look into it immediately!
