Marketo Calendar Assignment of Licenses to All 5 Users

Will the 5 free calendar licenses expire after Sept. 5th if you do not assign them all by then? We have four assigned and are waiting to assign the final one. If we don't assign it by Sept. 5th, will we lose that extra one or can we assign it at a later date?

No, you will not lose that license as all Marketo customers will have five free calendar licenses after September 5th. However, anyone in your subscription who has access to the calendar since it was released and has not had a calendar license assigned to them will lose access.

    How do we assign these licenses? I am not sure where I need to go under Admin to do this assignment.

    If you go to Admin > Users & Roles, you will see an "Issue License" button at the top.  Click on the users you want to grant one of the five calendar licenses to, click the Issue License button, then check the enable license checkbox.
