Marketo build-in social information

  • How does the multiple social fields are initiated from?  
  • Can we add additional informaiton\filters?

As far as I know, this is generated from the social platform. You can create custom forms to put more data in, but this might require special programming if you want to pull data from the social platform.

Hi Oren,

You can always create custom fields in lead database. Can you elaborate how are you planning to use these fields and how would you feed the data to these fields?

Thanks for your prompt answers.

Following your answer, I do have a few follow.
I'll appriciate if you can briefly review them:
  • "Marketo Social Gener" is a custom field?  Not OOTB?
  • I can initiate it, or does Marketo can fetch it by itself, based on email?
  • When i add a new custom field - how can i add it to the filter list [or is it added automatically]?

Marketo Social Gender is a default field. Marketo won't fetch data for your Custom field. For doing that, you will need to place that field in some Form, or API. Custom fields behave in the same way as other Marketo fields.
