Marketo bridge with Snapchat?

I'm looking for a solution to push custom audience lists from Marketo to Snapchat. 

We currently use AdsBridge for Facebook & Instagram which works well but on average only match 25% of our leads. When manually uploading custom audience lists into Snapchat and we see on average a 50% match rate however want to move away from exporting and re-importing this data. 

I've looked into solutions by Leadsbridge but they don't seem able to cater for Snapchat. 

Does anyone have experience in this area and can recommend any solutions?
