Is there any API to fetch Marketo Notifications

AFAIK - There is no endpoint to directly access notifications. You can see a full index of endpoints here. 

As you can see, there are plenty of get requests that relate to what the notifications in Marketo will show. There's also a native 'subscribe' functionality in Marketo to directly receive notifications. What is your use case here?

We want to create a dashboard for reporting, where we want to get the data from marketo alert and notification. So is there any way that we could achieve this.
