Marketo and ReadyTalk Integration Question

We use ReadyTalk for webinar hosting and curious if anyone else uses a wait step before sending the confirmation email to ensure the platforms sync up and the dynamic link for the user gets generated before the confirmation deploys.

We currently use the wait step (3 minutes) but I have no idea if that's too long or if it can be removed entirely, figured I'd ask the community in case someone's already done the legwork
