Marketo and FullCircle

We recently implemented full circle to track attribution through the funnel. Our Full Circle Rep is telling us that best practice is to let Full Circle handle the status changes and Marketo just attributes the score that Full Circle will read from.

Does anyone currently use Marketo and Full Circle and Salesforce? Who is the primary control for statuses, Full Circle or Marketo?

the SFDC Campaign Member Status? How does Full Circle know how to Change the Status?

It is based off the Marketo score. So there is a threshold (i.e 100) that if that person's Marketo score reaches then Full Circle changes their status in SF to MQL or whatever you set.
