Marketo and Dynamics Field Sync Issue

Hello,

Has anyone ever had an issue with certain fields not syncing over from Marketo to Microsoft Dynamics? In our case, the lead and all fields except "Lead source" are being synced from Marketo to Dynamics.

Does anyone have advice on what could cause this and how it can be troubleshot?

Hi Trevor,

Few things to know here, there is no Lead Source field now in Marketo, it is renamed to "Person Source".

Secondly, you will be able to get answer to your question by reading this Person/Lead Source is empty
