Marketing Suspended

Will a sales rep still be able to send an email to a person marked as Marketing suspended via the Sales insight tool in Outlook.  I am a little confused by the above article... Can someone clarify for me please?

Hey Erin,

Sending an email via the outlook plugin will bypass Marketing suspended, since it uses the Outlook email engine instead of processing it with Marketo's email servers.  Be aware that this also means that the plugin will bypass unsubscribed statuses as well, so it is important to ensure that your sales reps are checking whether these leads are not unsubscribed before contacting them.
