how can i marketing suspend all contacts in a account?

Create a smart list for all the contacts in that account. On the Leads tab of that smart list, Click Select All.
Right click on any one of the records and select Marketing>Change Data Value.
In the Attribute drop down, select Marketing Suspended and set value to True. And click Run Now.
