Marketing Inherited Salesforce and Marketo: Where to Start with the Audit
I recently began working for a company that uses Marketo and Salesforce. There wasn't an admin for either system and the Salesforce developer recently left the company.
Does anyone have best practices on where to start in terms of auditing the two systems? I made a basic segmentation showing contacts vs leads and a few smartlists such as leads in Marketo but not SFDC, leads/contacts in SFDC but not in Marketo, leads with no email addresses, etc. but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything important. Any tips are appreciated!
