Hey there,

I'd like to implement a process for gathering all details needed to create a marketing campaign in marketo. I think it's pretty simple

to throw together a short brief requesting assets and campaign details, but I just wanted to reach out to the community to see if

anyone has used  tools or templates that they've found helpful. Our goal is to set the expectations of what is required to build a campaign in marketo

and have all of the assets in once place.

Hey @Alexis D'Alba​ -

Great idea! We've tried to do the same thing. I have a spreadsheet that we developed to capture all the information we need to build a webinar program in Marketo. We build a lot of those and were finding ourselves spending a lot of time tracking down information. I'd be happy to share it with you to see if your team could use it too.

A recent addition to our department is Robohead, which is supposed to eliminate the need for these spreadsheets.

The goal for us is to eventually move towards a project management tool as well-- i've never heard of Robohead but i'm going to look into it. I think for now creating a spreadsheet will help get everyone on the same page so we can better manage expectations would be a good start.  If you don't mind sharing your spreadsheets that would be amazing!!
