Marketing Activities Search

Hi community,

Has Marketo removed the search functionality where I can filter for only assets (emails, landing pages, etc.) that are have a draft? We just updated an email template and need to approve a slew of emails. It would be so much easier if I can just filter to see only emails with a draft.

I remember Marketo having this before but I don't see it anymore.

If you go into Design Studio and click on Emails, you can sort on the approved column to find the emails you need to reapprove (yellow caution sign).



You can also sort by email template to find all emails using the template you recently updated as well.
