Marketing activities folder structure does not expand

When someone sends me a marketing program to review, they send me the URL.  Each program has a unique URL, but when I open it in my browser, it doesn't expand the program in the left folder structure.  Ideally, the program would open in the main window and the program folder would open as well.  

My instance of Marketo has 13 workspaces and many, many programs, so it's not always easy to locate it in the folder structure.  

Has anyone experienced this?

Mine seems to expand the folder structure just fine. However I'm only using one workspace.
