Manual Merge in Marketo not showing all fields where data is different

When performing a manual merge in Marketo I am not seeing all fields that are different - which is expected behavior. I looked in two systems to confirm.  I am only seeing a few custom fields.  Has something changed or am I missing something?

Where are you looking exactly?

Expected Marketo behavior or "expected because that's what other systems do"?
