Managing Target Audience in Email Nurtures
Hello Marketo Community,
I have setup two engagement programs for two different email nurtures. The target audience for both these programs are qualified via daily batch campaigns. The target audience of one program 1 is a subset of the target audience of program 2. Which is why I have suppressed target audience of program 1 from program 2. However, recently both programs received a prospect that qualified for both the programs after their respective batch runs? Please can you help identify the reason for this?
