Managing leads with external telemarketing agencies

We have a very manual process today where we send weekly excel reports to external telemarketing agencies to nurture and send back. Then they use a Marketo form to submit the opportunity/meeting and the sales admin manually converts the lead to an opportunity.

We need a way for them to gain access to leads and create opportunities.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to handle this? I have a feeling it might need to be through the salesforce portal of somesort.

- Most logical would be to set up a partner portal in Salesforce. It grants them access to their leads and activities.
- Another way to at least store some activity is to grant them access to Marketo and run their campaigns on your system.
- You could also have them use the SOAP API and connect it with their system (this is really advanced).
