In recent reports we have been getting a high number of Malformed Links in our email performance reports, up to 50%-55% of links clicked. Is that high? Is there somthing that we can do to get this number lower?

That is really high. Are you testing all of your emails before you approve them/send them? Having a tight, QA process with help you cut down on email errors.

We do have a QA process and this is the first time I have seen it this high. The only other time(s) we've had this pop up the percentage was neglagible (under 1%). During the QA, all of the links worked fine.

Looking into the HTML of the email, I'm seeing a trailing   in a couple of html links. Would that be it?

That could be the an issue. Can you post the code you have for a couple of the links that are malformed?

I'm not sure which links in the email are malformed. Is there a way to tell which links are malformed?
