Making a Landing Page Go Live

Hi,

I created a landing page with a registration form. After I approved the page and tested it, including completing the registration form, I show up as a member of the program so everything appears to be working fine. I submitted the landing page URL to our web services team to post to our corporate site and they are saying that the landing page is not live. If everything is working on my end and I'm appearing as a registered member, how is the landing page not live? Is there a step that I missed along the way?

The page itself is live with the link that you gave them to the landing page.  What exactly are you asking the web team to do with the page?  Are you asking them to link to the page or shadow the page?

Hey Jennifer,
Approved landing pages are live and should be available to everyone.

There must be something wrong on your IT's side.

Any chance you updated the URL after providing it to IT, or that they have an incorrect link?
