Make the associate lead API call able to handle 300 leads per call

The associate lead REST API (Associate Lead » Marketo Developers ​) can only handle 1 lead at a time. This is a severe limitation as, together with the limit of 10000 API calls a day, since, in order to create a lead and associate it, you will need 2 calls. As the Create/update can handle 300 leads per call, with 10000 calls a day, it is in theory possible to insert

X/300 + X = 10000 --> 301X = 3000000 --> X= 9966 lead / day.

So this ideas would be to have the associate lead being able to handle up to 300 records per call, as any other API. This would enable to insert AND associate in theory 1500000 leads / day. A huge gap!
