Make system campaigns available through the APIs

System campaigns are created whenever a default campaign is triggered. However these system campaigns are not available via the APIs and it is not possible to link back from you activity to the program (incl naming updates) for reporting purposes.

Having a link between your activity - system campaign - original default campaign - program would be useful for reporting purposes.
