Make it possible to select only active campaigns or only inactive campaigns in the "member of SFDC campaign" filter droplist

When selecting a campaign in the "member of SFDC campaign", all SFDC campaign show, inactive ones as well as active ones.

In huge implementations with multiple countries and BU's, the number of campaigns in SFDC can be considerable.

This idea is to have a way to choose whether we would only show active or inactive campaigns. The default would be set to "active", but the user could then refer to an inactive campaign.
