Make it possible to delete Marketo Example Revenue Cycles

Marketo provides 2 revenue cycle examples in each instance. These RC use fields that may not be used by the company, because they decide to used other scoring fields for instance.

But these unused fields cannot be hidden because they are used by the 2 example RC and the 2 example RC cannot be deleted, nor modified. So, the unused fields cannot be deleted and stay there, where users can erroneously select them.

Please make it possible to delete these 2 RC.

    This one is so annoying.  We want to keep the instance as clean as possible and not being able to do this means we can't hide fields that are no longer required.  Not just the ones Markeot has built, but we've used fields we longer need in an RC, have now deleted that RC and can't get to removing the fields.
