Make company/organization affiliation more visible in the Marketo Community

Don’t know if it’s a Jive limitation, but as a community user it’d be great if the individual’s organization was more prominently visible. I’m thinking specifically in terms of adding it to the pop-up profile that displays on hover, as well as a  column in the “People” view within the community (having job title visible there would be helpful as well).
