Make a Best Practices Program for Lead Scoring available in Marketo Program Library

I noticed the very simplified Lead Scoring program that was available in the Marketo Program Library is no longer. There are several great best practices programs available to download in the subscription but definitely seems like not having a Lead Scoring program is a big hole in the library.

I can still see the lead scoring program the library from my instance. Is anyone else no longer seeing it?
