Make 18 Character Contact ID read only

Has anyone noticed that the 18 Character account ID from Salesforce is a read only field in Marketo, but when you open a lead record the 18 character contact ID is an editable field? I don't want my users to be able to accidentally make changes - especially since there is no 'save' button in Marketo this would be a really easy mistake to make. Let's make this field read-only to reduce the chance of mistakes.

    HI Christina,

    It seems to me that this 18 chat accouct ID is a custom field. You should be able to go in Marketo and at least block update for any source but Salesforce.
