Major and minor interesting moments

There are a lot of interesting moments that may be useful for a rep to notice; but some are much more significant than others.

It would be great if there could be two or three tiers of interesting moments, so reps could pick out the "wow, great!" ones from the just "oh, that's nice" ones.
