Looking to Replace Unsubscribe Form Forms 1.0 with a New Forms 2.0 Form

I am looking to swap out an old unsubscribe  form (made in forms 1.0) for a new unsubscribe form (made in forms 2.0). I am concerned about losing the years of data that the original form had collected....Any thoughts of how to do this efficiently and with the least risk of losing data?

What data do you need to retain?

The lead's selection is made and in the database. It has nothing to do with the Form.

If you are talking about the Form Fill Out or Page View *activity*, then that data is available for 90 days or longer (if you opted out).

Your reports on the page+form should still work.
