Looking for more info on list building software like Broadlook or eGrabber

Has anyone tried software solutions like Broadlook or eGrabber to search online for contact information? What has your experience been? My sales team is currently looking at both of these solutions and I am just trying to gather some more information. Thanks!

We used eGrabber and weren't thrilled. We had a 40+% bounce rate on leads pulled and the user interface and support were awful. We decided instead to use ZoomInfo. If you want more info let me know!
