Looking for marketo engage support

Hi,

I have a few questions on setting up an onboarding journey with a series of emails with conditional checks and varying wait times between emails in marketo engage. I can't seem to find anywhere a live chat or area to reach out to Adobe marketo support directly so looking to see if anyone here would be able to help me?

I actually don't think that you'll find help within Adobe. It's usually not Adobe's job to help you with nurture architecture. That would be a question you'd ask the implementation partner/agency you work with. There are a lot of them out there, and many of them are certainly very knowledgeable. But usually that help won't come for free.

Hi @fayedi, if you need technical help in setting up the program then you have to hire agency but if you need help with setup then adobe team can help.
