Looking for an overview and best practices on program tags in Marketo.

Kate, if you have access to Marketo University, they have a class on Program Types, Channels And Tags, attached is what I'm using for Channels and Tags. I have other tags that are product specific, basically by creating a tag it allows you to report on it, as an organisation if you know what you want to report on, then create a tag for it and you'll be going in the right direction.
