Looking for a "read only" user role

I am looking for a way to add a marketo user to only have access to Marketing Activities and Design studio but to not be able to edit anything. Does anybody know of a way to do this or can suggest a work around?

Create your own. Just make sure the only stuff you have checked off are the permissions that say "Access..." and none of the boxes underneath them that give edit, delete, etc. privileges.

In Admin I've created my own 'Read Only' access rights.

You can do the same but just click Access  Marketing Acitivities and Access Design Studio.  Just make sure its ONLY access you've ticked.
