Long text next to a a checkbox in a two column form

I am able to create a form that is two colums, however - i would like the checkbox at the bottom to extend the entire length of the form.  Is there a way to do this? See photo below...

Not sure how to do it coding wise/if it's possible that way, but one option would be to either delete the 2nd line from the label (or the whole thing) and add a custom text element that says the same thing right next to the checkbox.
