Question

Logos and Photos embedded in an email

When I go and send a test email my image and logo are not automatically showing up without having to download it. Is there a way to fix that so when someone opens up my email the images will be there?

Hi Lauren,

Are you seeing this in Gmail? Users need to change their Settings (under "Images") in order for this to happen:

The default is to not display images, so it is up to the user as Adam said. You can turn this off so you can get the test emails. no guarantees your audience will view images.

How do you turn this off to get test emails? We use Outlook.

I'm not sure how to do it from Outlook, sorry. I use Gmail. This might help: http://www.outlook-apps.com/disable-images-outlook/
