Login Settings - IP Restrictions
Does anyone know if the IP Restrictions under Login Settings in the Admin panel pertain to API calls as well as users, or is it just for restricting user login access via specific IP addresses?

It restricts logins to a range of IPs.
The API is controlled by the enrcyption key and other items.
