Log - How do we trace what email or lead data being sent from a campaign

Hi All,

I am trying to find a way to trace what email or lead data being sent from a campaign. We can trace the log activity, but is there a way for us to check what is the email or lead data instead of only log activity?

The activity log of a lead contains all of the raw data/information tied to a specific lead record.  This data can also be filtered (using the default filters or creating a custom filter in the upper-left corner).  What exactly is it that you want to track that isn't contained within the activity log?  What do you mean by "email" and "lead data"?

Yea, i need to grab the content of email that being sent from a campaign. SO from the Results log, it have the activity details with date and time and action, but i need to know the content, what email is being sent out? When i click from the Log, its only show Activity details with Mailing and Step ID.

There are several ways to see this log data:

  • Campaign>Results Log > Click on Item #
  • Lead Detail > Results log as Dan suggests

From Results log, it have the activity details with date and time and action, but i need to know the content, what email is being sent out? When i click from the Log, its only show Activity details with Mailing and Step ID.

Or im clicking the wrong Result log? I get it from Campaign-->Result
