Lodging Munchkin Code into Squarespace Templates

Hi, we are having difficulty getting the Munckin Code to be picked up in a Squarespace Site. It appears that we can lodge the code ONLY in the Header or Footer sections of the sites which does not seem to enable the tracking. We would normally lodge the code before the <body> tag.

Has anyone else experienced this with Squarespace.com sites?

Many thanks

I would open a support ticket with Squarespace to get this figured out. As you said, you would need to add Munchkin tracking code in the header.

Hi Andreia, unfotunately not. It went around in circles and in the end, and for other design/functionality reasons, we migrated to wordpress.

I haven't tested whether it works yet (still building) but you seem to be able to add it in: Settings - Advanced - Code Injection

Hi Simon, the code injector adds code only to the header or footer, which does not seem to work. Did you find a workaround? Thanks!

Header or footer are fine places for the Munchkin embed code.  Munchkin is not a visible element.
