Lock variable values (mktoList)

When building a template it would be nice if there was a way to lock/unlock mktoList values.

Our templates are coded so our marketers have all the tools needed to build an email or landing page, stay on brand and not need to know code.  A great feature we use to do this is mktoList values. We enter values so they have a set list to choose from. Recently we discovered that even with a set list, someone can still change the value using the input field. For example, adding something like the image size lock to the mktoList would be a nice option as it would help avoid possible human error or a missed QA and could be turned on or off.

Something like: mktoLockList="true/false"
