Loading time too long

Hi, I am using Marketo in a regular html page in order to create a simple email campaign, unfortunately it already took me 3 hours to log in and set up program, now I can not open the email editor to go proceed. I would like to know is there anyway to shorten the loading time?

 

Btw, I am in mainland China.

Hello Rachel,

 

Is it happening specifically with one email or with multiple emails? You can try clearing browser cache and cookies and try if it is working?
also, sometimes this would be because of the network issue. If you are using the company network please do share it to your mobile network and that should work.

I've tried using Marketo within the great firewall and load times were horrendous. When I worked off my mobile hotspot which was Vodafone global roaming, load times were much better even though the routing went from China to Australia to Marketo servers.

 

Have you tried using VPN to Taiwan, Hong Kong or Japan?
