Live Closed Caption for Webinars

We need to be able to add live closed captions to our webinars.

Has anyone dealt with this before in the past? How did you solve it?

We use GoToWebinar but we are open to change if needed. I've found several solutions to add closed captions to recordings, but not much to add them live.
