List Uploads taking FOREVER!

Anyone else seeing connectivity issues where List Uploads take forever, stall out out just don't complete?

Hi Cathy,

 

Please file a Support Ticket so the team can investigate. You can also check status.adobe.com to see if there are any reported issues (there is one for a subset of  Marketo customers as of the time of this comment).

Thanks @steven_vanderb3 !  I did check the System Status 1st.  As far as submitting a Ticket, that too is not operational for me. 😞

One thing to check when a Marketo process is not happening at the expected speed is the Campaign Queue https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Discussions/Where-to-view-running-processes-Action-Flows-such-as-lead-list/td-p/36849

 

If Marketo is trying to process more smart campaigns at one time than it has processing power for, it will de-prioritize some smart campaigns until the others have finished.
