I am trying to put together a list of all our static lists (cleaning up some things). I would like to see number of leads, number of unsubscribed, number of blocked, etc by list. 

Is there some type of report I can use to do this?

No, there is not.

You could run a smart list that looks at all Members of List, but it would not be broken down by List. If all of your Static Lists were uploads, then you could use something like Original Source to view the Static Lists, then export to analyze in Excel.
