Is there a report somewhere that shows all domains in my database?

DJ,

There is no out-of-the-box report that will provide this info. But what you can do is create a smart list and bring in domain as a column and then export that as a report. Domain is not a system field, so if you do not have a domain field for website or email address domain, you will need to create those fields first.
