List Import

Hi,

I am having trouble uploading a list to Marketo. Every time I go to upload the list, I receive the below message.

The file is a 'tab delimited' file and I have selected this in 'file format'.

Can someone offer any suggestions/solutions?

Leaving aside the possible Marketo reasons this could also just be a web issue - have you tried CTRL-F5 to refresh your cache? Apologies if this is obvious to you and you've already tried it.

It looks like something is off with the formatting of your file because "Last Name" is coming up as a sample of the First Name field.

Please save as Comma Delimited and try again.
