Links in smart campaign changed from short links to progressive numbers

Hi,

this morning we've seen that in our instance some of our smart campaigns to track the clicks on the landing pages have been changed. In the smart list the link name has been changed from our short link to a progressive number.

Now if we try to change the smart list with our short link, this is not recognized by Marketo.

Does someone have the same issue? Please help us!!!!
