Linking A/B tested email success to Salesforce

Hi all,

I need to link our Marketo program to Salesforce in real-time. Normally, we'd set up a response flow directing those who clicked our email link to a specified SF campaign. However, the split tested email does not show up in our list of approved emails when trying to do this.

Is there a way of either getting the email to appear in the list or to link our SF campaign to the Marketo email in real-time?
