LinkedIn Lead Generation Form - Checkbox field?

Does anyone here use the LinkedIn form for paid promotion with ebooks? We've connected all of the available fields in Marketo but we cannot see the field circled below.

We're not sure how this field is maintained but we would like to see who has checked it out. 

We asked LinkedIn support and they did not know the answer...rather told us to ask Marketo. I'll submit a question to their support too but wanted to ask the community before doing so. Thanks in advance for the help.

@Ayan Talukder‌ - this checkbox is required by LinkedIn Forms (that is, if you don't check it, you wont be able to hit 'submit'). Therefore, there's no real way to track this within Marketo because, if it were trackable in Marketo, it would always be 'TRUE' for any and all leads coming from the LinkedIn form fill.

It is basically Linkedin's way of getting approval to send the lead's information to your system. As this is a lead gen form that populates within the Linkedin user interface, they don't want a user to confuse this form with one of their own. It is why you have to tie your privacy policy to all Linkedin ads.
